Master’s Degree in Law from Ain Shams University, Cairo, with over 30 years of professional experience in the legal field, including 20 years of legal practice in Egypt, with extensive experience in litigation and advocacy before the Egyptian Court of Cassation, in addition to more than 10 years of legal practice in Dubai, UAE.

Extensive experience in providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, and preparing legal memoranda and regulatory instruments. Possesses strong expertise in analyzing legal issues, assessing legal risks, developing legal defenses and arguments, and formulating practical legal strategies and solutions designed to protect clients’ interests and ensure the highest level of legal protection and compliance.
